The challenge

Bendida produces flags, coats of arms and promotional materials. The task had two parts: to increase visits to the website from Google and to build a new online store where the large catalog of models and sizes is easy to browse and order from.

What we did

• SEO optimization — we worked on the keywords customers use when searching for flags and on the structure of the website. After the very first month, the overall Google visibility score rose from around 40 to 338.
• A new online store — a completely new design for bendida-flags.com: home page, categories, product pages and footer.
• Catalog import — 1,526 products (415 simple and 1,111 with variations), migrated from 7,491 rows of data together with the images.
• Filters and card payments — fast filters in the store and card payments through the DSK Bank virtual POS terminal.

The result

In 90 days, active users grew from 4,188 to over 7,500 — a 79.1% increase, or more than 3,300 new active users. New users grew by 78.8% and events on the website by 84.3%. Customers now order from a modern store with the whole catalog in one place.
